Surprised?

Nobody should be surprised by this picture. Most days when the chief does show up for work, he spends his time at the Sheetz flirting with any female that will give the old man a little time.

Three things to recognize the chief...

1. flirting with any female
2. smoking and drinking coffee
3. not seeing the chief at work because he's at his home getting paid while fooling the town into believing he is actually working
