Greenhill Crossing to Disallow Home Businesses

In an email sent to the Haymarket Town Council on December 4, 2008 it states:

It has recently been brought to my attention that two
residents of Greenhill Crossing have requested business licenses from
the town of Haymarket for in home business. Our Declaration of
Covenants prohibits home business in Article VI. Specifically "6.1
Residential Use. All lots within the Property shall be used exclusively
for residential purposes.

I am requesting that these two request be denied based on the
fact that they are in violation of Greenhill Crossing's Declaration of
Covenants. I would be happy to provide a copy of the Covenants to you
if needed.
