I guess haymarket makes the news again this time as a hate crime.

I'm sure that the police chief is laughing about this one. He has a twisted sense of humor that borderlines being racist. It's a shame that such things happens in any community.

A noose is a kind of a complicated knot. I doubt the chief ( not the sharpest knife in the drawer) could make one.

that was funny but true. He reminds me of a bad Dukes of Hazard episode every time I see Him. Especially when I see him at Sheetz standing around smoking, drinking coffee, and telling his nasty jokes. Yeah I've walked by and overheard a few of his off the wall jokes which were to say the least quite racist. He needs to have more respect for others especially when he's in uniform. He's suppose to be a public figure.
