meeting agenda...something missing

was there a police report submitted that evening? Or did the Chief have to leave before he could report to Council?
What did his memo say about the open position?

Continuation Meeting 02/27/06

The Chief didn't show up at the continuation meeting either. His police report was scheduled for this meeting. This is twice he didn't show up. He must have another "Emergency."
