Officer In Trouble

I hope he sues the hell out of both of you two juvenile girls! It will serve you right for not learning how to mind your own business and to not make assumptions over what you perceive to be correct information. This is why nobody ever believes what a child says when high school kids like these two are telling lies for no reason other than to get back at another girl and somehow get the officer in trouble. I don't think it was even their plan to get the officer fired. I think they just wanted to make the girl look bad. Well you almost succeeded. I hope she can sue your butts too. Maybe your parents will help you both out with lawyer costs and then the lawsuit expenses. Maybe the courts will make you both pay so much that your parents have to lose their houses to pay off the lawsuit and then you can get the full punishment that you deserve for starting all this crap.

First of all, I am pretty sure you are not a parent. Your grammer and spelling is horrible. Saying that you wouldn't let you daughter "where" was she does is improper. The correct word would be, "wear". Also, there is only 1 L in "always". Don't come on here and try to act like you are some concerned parent and make a girl out to be a part of some wrongdoings over the fact that she wears skimpy clothing when she is out running. You seem to have a problem with this young lady and it is a shame that people like you will come on here and trash her over your own personal issues against how she dresses. I see many girls in town close to her age if not younger wearing the exact same thing. Is anyone concerned with those girls as well or just this one because you have a personal vendetta against her and want to see that she is made out to look bad?! I forgot to add my two cents about how rude it is of you to accuse a girl of being a "skank" based on what she wears around her neighborhood. I've seen more than one girl dressing more than provocative and wondered what the parents were thinking when they let there kids leave the house. As for the older girls being 15-17, I would say they all dress about the same so why point fingers at just one. As for seeing this one particular officer talking with this girl, did you ever see him in any other community other than yours talking to other girls or boys? Did you ever see him talk to more than one person in your community at all? I have seen the chief of police stops girls before just to watch him get out of his car and light his cigarette and shoot the breaze with them for what seemed like hours. That would be to include most girls in the same housing section as what may be implied on here. Is he being looked into for those as well or just the young officer because he is young?

Charges against many different people ?
I also researched this one and could not find any charges they might filed .

What stuff ? The minor in question , is a girl , who at least does not end up in trouble anymore and has her head on her shoulders .

okay i have been trying to hold my toungue but i cant do it any longer. the girl and her family have been the biggest problem in longstreet. her mom has called the cops numerous times for her daughters being picked on by other children in the neighborhood. (isn't that what kids do?) also her mom has called the cops for supposedly being beaten by her husband. not to mention they got an innocent boy arrested for telling the cops he hit the girl. (which was completely untrue)Which brings me to the next topic LIES. That family lies about what they eat for dinner. The girl lies about everything. i wouldnt go as far as calling her a skank. Really? Well what about all the times the minors crazy mother claimed that the dad beat the s*t out of her and he children? The cops were called then and im sure that is on record.Like i said nothing but drama.Thats why the minor has no friends.She takes after her mom. Many of the young girls in the neiborhood tell my daughter(who is not aloud to associate with the minor) that she lies and her family is crazy. I have seen many things go on down there that leads me to beleive that.

There was also many times the police came to my house asking my daughter if she had seen the minor because she had ran away.That must be on file. Who did she run away with the officer? oh wait or was it some drug dealer??

It is obvious that some people know more about the backgrounds of these people than others. I would really encourage people to not attack the integrity of a juvinille, no matter what she has alleged a very serious complaint that apparently was not handled with any tact what so ever on either end, from the investigation to he handling of her complaint.
My problem is if the chief was disiplined before for this did they not correct the problem? If the town did not ensure that this would not happen again (I have to go on the fact that since he was disciplined on the complaint before that the complaint was valid) Then why did this happen again? Terrible, we deserve beter, I once again renew my call that the police force be disbanded and simply pay the Prince William County Police to work the town .There would be a simple payment in overtime and workmans compensation. Instead we have to buy dogs,dodge chargers, health insurance, liablitity insurance the prosecutors pay all the police rent gas ,ect, and now apparently the town will be paying some stiff legal fees for attourneys. WHY? disband the poice department and have some professional officers here with all the resources of Prince William County with none of the problems of poor management that we see here.

HaymarketMan/Girl whoever you are, you might want to be careful about what you type on this website. You risk being sued personally for Libel and/or defamation of character. The juvenile and/or her family are not public officials so they have a higher expectation of privacy than a public official such as a police officer or public official.

The point I am making is that you had better watch what you write about people that is not true or can not be proved.

The officer was named by everyone in the neighborhood when the rumors started to buzz around on Wednesday evening! Funny how things were discovered so quickly by people. I can only assume that since I knew by Friday who the girl was that everyone else in the neighborhood knows. From what I've heard is that Officer Ishmael didn't even get involved with this incident until Thursday night after the entire neighborhood was aware. I'm very curious how this happened. I don't know if the girl has been slandered, but the officer sure has been and thats a shame if none of this has happened. I still have not heard of anything from the town as to the complaints made by the officer against the department. Did he file his complaint or is he waiting? What is going on between the juvenile and the department? I wont mention her name because it wouldn't be right to do that and I think it might be against the law to mention her name online since she is a minor. Hopefully it stays that way so she is not hassled by people who may not already know who she is.

The only concern that the community should have is the minors name being slandered. I have not heard anyone say who the minor is.The officer who is a public offical also a grown adult is responsable for himslef and his actions.seeing that obviuosly you know who the minor is you are probably the one helping to spread the rumor around.Pages like these and the comments that people make dont help the situation any.None of us know the real facts of what went on so maybe we should all sit back and wait to see what happends when this all clears.And your comment about haymarketman i guess if i knew who it was then i would know who the girl was. I wonder why you had this removed. You must have said something really bad for you to want it removed. Guess it must have made it very clear who you are and you got scared. Well, you should be scared at what you have done to the people involved. Haymarket should be very proud to have citizens like you, even if you are a juvenile. I agree with some of what you said and disagree with the rest. Did you actually see this officer allow this minor to smoke and drink and do whatever she wanted to do that she was not suppose to? You say that it was "somebody" that told you about this but you never saw it. To me that is slandering the name of this officer if you accuse him of a criminal offense of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Check the state laws on slander and you will see that if you accuse a person of a crime that you can not prove happened then you are slandering that person if you tell others. It is considered Libel if you put it in writing and it didn't happen. As for the girl involved, I've seen her around and yes she wears very provocative outfits at times, but so do most girls her age. Don't blame a girl on her actions based on what she wears. That wont fly with anyone. I'm sure I could drive through the town on any given sunny day and see more than one girl walking around when it's nice out wearing less than they should. Does that make it wrong for them or their parents? Worry about your own children if you have any and stop slandering this officer unless you yourself have actually seen him contribute to this minor.

Regardless of who makes the statement, implying that you "heard" from "someone" makes you a third party person that is implying that something may or may not have occurred and that means you made an implication of something that may or may not be correct, thus making your comment a slanderous comment unless you know that the incident happened based on actual evidence. In short terms, you can not imply a comment like you did unless you know that it is factual or it makes you liable to be civilly responsible for defamation of character. If you aren't involved in this then why are you making the statements that you made? This officer has absolutely no evidence to prove that he did anything wrong unless somebody can show me physical evidence to implicate him in all those allegations and then I will support the persons making those statements and I will not support the officer. But, the officer has made his statement along with the juvenile involved and that is enough evidence to say it didn't happen. The courts have ruled that the defendant of a defamation lawsuit has the burden of proof of showing that something happened and not the person that was slandered. Meaning, unless you have physical proof and not just verbal that something happened then you can not make the comments that you made. I understand you said "someone" told you, but again you created another chain of event by relaying information on something that may not be correct and that is the whole purpose of defamation and slander! Believe what you will, but this is coming from someone that has been working with others in this type of area for more than 20 years. I am pretty positive that I am familiar with what I am talking about and if you have read my previous statements on here, I have not made any statements that were not true based on other witnesses that would be held accountable in a court of law in Prince William County Circuit Court. All I am asking is for you to be careful with statements that may imply that this officer did something wrong unless you saw for yourself and have physical proof so that you do not have to worry about him finding out who you are and going after you for slander. I am more than positive that when the time comes, and from my knowledge with this case, it will be soon when people invovled will be seeing more come from this and will more than likely be called in by attorny's that will be asking for physical proof as the slanderous allegations from the main accuser in this involvement. Last thing any of us need is to be requested to court to answer questions and not be able to back them up 100% like the court says you must to prove someone did in fact comment a crime. Otherwise be ready for a lawsuit when your implicated in making wrongful statements even as a third party. Any good attorney worth his experience will be more than happy to explain this further and it sounds as if you may have personal knowledge of the person making the allegations against the officer and I sure hope your "frind" that has told you has some pretty serious physical evidence to show in court that these things mentioned are reliable and provable. I always tell everyone to be cautious with what you post anywhere because it is not difficult to find out who a person is when it comes down to attorny's needing expedited information when they put in a request for records through the court. What is going on with this officer? What is going on with the minor? What is going on with the Chief of Haymarket? When will I hear from the mayor or town manager on all this? Has anything been filed yet?

Yes, I have a tons of questions and I'm surprised nobody else is asking these. This is a serious thing and I have yet to see it hit the local newspaper and I have not heard of anything from the town as to what the deal is. Just curious...

I am still suspended without pay until the town "decides" what to do with me. I still have not been informed exactly what I did wrong.
