Ex-Councilman Alleges Illegal Activity from Police Chief!

We have discovered an email from Ex-councilman Tobias sent to the current Town Council alleging improper and possible illegal activities at the Police Department.

well, sounds about right to me

If the governing body suspends a program, I don't think that the program can be reactivated without the governing body saying it's ok. If I were arrested at that checkpoint or since then by any of those officers, then I'd definitely try to get the charges thrown out and see if I had a lawsuit of any kind.
