Mayor Gives Chief More Money!

I'm not sure what deal Mayor Stutz has with Roop but it seems like everytime you turn around she is helping him get more money.

This is an email that we uncovered from the accountant telling them NOT to pay the Chief for leave balances where there is "NO PROOF" that he actually worked to earn the leave. * Notice the date.

Then Stutz Motions to Pay Roop against the accountants advice.

Keep in mind this amount was in addition to the 55,000 plus he already got paid that year.
