Another Mayor Cover-up! Stutz, Weir and the PD
Email Sent to Town Council:

Well, here is the next thing that we have found that the current Mayor has hidden from her constituents and council.
On March 6, the day that Chief of Police Jim Roop angrily challenged the town council to accept his resignation or get out of his way, he and his Sargent (Greg Breeden) filed a claim against the town for back pay. Their attorney wrote an threatening letter to Mayor Stutz claiming that she had already made statements to Roop/Breeden that they were treated unfairly during their sexual harassment case and offered some reconciliation.
So why is this a big deal? Stutz only shared this letter with one council member – Bob Weir. So why does he get to know this but not the other council members? We don’t know. Perhaps it is because Bob Weir has used an anonymous email address, friendsofthpd@hotmail.com to tip Roop and his crew off about when and what they should FOIA to help them attempt to find any information that might be useful to them in a lawsuit against the town. He used this email address last year to email the Police department to request that they should FOIA information. Sure enough, the Chief submitted a FOIA request on June 21st of 2005.
Perhaps it is because he uses the same anonymous email to send unflattering information about former police officers to the press in the hopes that the papers will write articles about how bad the auxiliary police program was. He also emailed the press using this same email address the night that Hoffman was terminated to let them know. If you wonder why Robin Swain submitted a FOIA recently, you now know. Friendsofthpd@hotmail.com told her that now might be a good time to put in this request. If you don't believe this, just view the source and/or headers and you will see the IP address 68.167.49.42 in the header section. Then view the source/header section of an email from rbw@trademarkinfo.com. BINGO!!!
But now the veil is lifted. Here is what your elected officials are up to:
Pam and Bob have worked together to undermine the town’s legal position with regard to Roop and Breeden’s suspension before they realized that Pam would be mayor. Roop and Breeden finally feel they have enough to move forward with a claim against the town and on March 6, the same day he offers his resignation, his attorney demands back pay and that Roop’s name be cleared.
Pam is mortified that Roop would do this prior to her election campaign after all she and Bob have done for him and Breeden. She is desperate to prevent another bad story from reaching the press. She hides this claim from all council members but Bob. She calls Roop later and convinces him to lay low on the claim until after the election. If she and Bob are reelected, they will settle quickly, if not, she and Bob will help him make his case against the town.
Watch what happens after election…
Council Members....Once again your Mayor has hidden the Truth from you. Are you going to continue to allow this to happen? She is no better than the Chief! To hide the truth is no better than not telling it.
As the Mayor who claims to be a Christian should know, the Truth will set you free!
